1. Delivery

Subscriptions and digital services purchased via Gu Live Chat are provisioned electronically after payment confirmation, usually within minutes.

You can track service status from your dashboard and confirmation emails.

2. Refund Conditions

For instantly delivered digital services, withdrawal rights may end once service delivery starts and consent is provided.

If service has not started or access cannot be provided due to technical reasons, you can request a refund via destek@gulivechat.com.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly or yearly subscriptions can be canceled until period end from your panel. Partial refund policy depends on package terms.
