First delete the old shortcut you added from Chrome. That is why the web address appears at the top — the APK below is the real app with no address bar.

1Tap Download APK and save the file.
2On your phone, enable Settings → Security → Install from unknown sources (or confirm during download).
3Open the downloaded GuLiveChat.apk file and tap Install.
4Open the app, sign in with your Gu Live Chat account — you are ready!

iPhone users can access Gu Live Chat via the web panel and PWA.
