How do I install Gu Live Chat?
After signing up, copy the embed code from Settings > Widget and paste it into your website.
How can I customize the widget?
You can configure colors, position, welcome message, and avatar from the dashboard.
How do I add a teammate?
Go to Settings > Team and send an invitation by email.

Chat and Inbox

How do canned responses work?
Type '/' in the inbox composer to insert saved replies.
How do I assign a conversation?
Open conversation details and select an agent from the top-right assignment menu.
Do you support file sharing?
Yes, image and document sharing is supported, subject to plan limits.

Automation and Integrations

How do I set up webhooks?
Open Settings > Webhooks, add your endpoint URL, and choose events.
How does chatbot setup work?
Use the visual editor in Settings > Chatbot to build and publish flows.
Where is the API documentation?
REST API access is available on Professional and above. Contact support@gulivechat.com.
